Is this a loan?+
No. There's no interest, no debt, and nothing to repay. You're saving toward a PC you pick up once you've reached the target.
What if I want to stop?+
You can cancel any active goal from your account. Your contributions are held — contact support (support@ubeparipc.com) and we'll process a refund manually.
Can stock run out before I finish?+
We lock the price when you create your goal, but stock is first-come at pickup. If the exact model sells out, our team will offer an equivalent or refund your contributions.
Can I save for more than one PC?+
Yes — up to three active goals at a time. Complete or cancel one to start another.
How do I collect my PC?+
Once you hit the target, download your receipt from your goal page and bring it, with a valid ID, to our showroom at Magomeni Mapipa, Dar es Salaam.
